Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tk996 website, mobile application, or any service operated under the tk996 brand, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the tk996 platform, including players who browse without an account, registered members, and any individual who places a wager or participates in a game offered by tk996. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

tk996 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility & Registration

• You must be registering and placing bets on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits your participation on the tk996 platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at all stages of the registration process and notify tk996 promptly of any changes to that information.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

tk996 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, tk996 reserves the right to restrict or close the account and to withhold or return any outstanding balance pending investigation.

3 Account Management

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tk996 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tk996 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take adequate security precautions or shared your credentials with a third party.

You must notify tk996 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. tk996 may take appropriate steps to secure the account pending investigation.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members.
• You must log out fully from the platform after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account via the account settings panel.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

tk996 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tk996 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

All funds deposited into a tk996 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, including those of family members or friends, are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. tk996 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or other irregular activity is suspected.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible
• tk996 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before processing

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, tk996 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible players. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet sizes, and expiry dates — are set out on the individual promotion page and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply to all tk996 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• tk996 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect a bonus already claimed and in active use.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of bots or automated systems, collusion, and arbitrage betting to exploit promotional terms, will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and possible account closure.
• tk996 reserves the right to request reasonable evidence that a player qualifies for any promotion before crediting bonus funds.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on tk996 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and any sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence.

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk996 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where tk996 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
• tk996 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by market, event, and account tier. tk996 reserves the right to apply individual account bet limits at any time.
• Winnings from voided or abandoned events will be settled based on the applicable rules for that event type. Single bets on voided events are returned as stakes; accumulator bets have the voided selection removed and are recalculated accordingly.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are settled according to the result at the time of the relevant action.

For casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, all results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. tk996 does not manipulate game outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are provided by the respective game studios and are independently audited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk996 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, recovery of any improperly obtained winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the tk996 platform, whether in your own name or under different identities.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, verification, or any communication with tk996.
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using tk996 as a mechanism to conceal the origin of funds.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such discoveries must be reported immediately to tk996 support rather than exploited.
• Any coordinated betting strategy designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage) using tk996 funds or bonus funds.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, where tk996 does not hold the applicable licence.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the tk996 support team or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk996 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of tk996 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of tk996.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the tk996 platform, its content, or its services without the express written permission of tk996. Unauthorised use of tk996 content or materials may give rise to a claim for damages and constitute a criminal offence.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

tk996 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tk996 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

tk996 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and tk996 cannot guarantee absolute data security. You use the platform at your own risk in this regard.

tk996 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies as required by law or platform operations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk996 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of the tk996 platform or these Terms.

In any event, tk996's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tk996 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

tk996 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. tk996 will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

tk996 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where tk996 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity has been conducted through the account.
• The account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to tk996 or other players.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requires such action.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the tk996 support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met or the bonus funds have been forfeited.

12 Amendments to These Terms

tk996 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — tk996 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the platform's notification system or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the tk996 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, tk996 encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
